Transformer Oils

APPLICATION

Transformer Oils are electrical insulating oils produced by distillation of virgin paraffinic and naphthenic crude oils followed by modern technologies involving high pressure hydrogenation and hydro-treatment. All the processes are monitored closely and appropriate Base Oil fractions are selected for further processing. Further processing involves removal of moisture and polar impurities to obtain good electrical properties. The technologies result in products with very low pour point, excellent oxidation stability, cooling characteristics and electrical properties. These properties make them suitable for the most demanding transformer applications.

Engine oil

Engine Oil are blended from highly refined base stocks with high viscosity index and additives that impart detergent, dispersant, antioxidant and anti-wear properties. Engine Oil recommended for use as crankcase oils for older type four stroke gasoline engines, stationary diesel engines, e.g. Pumpset, Genset and for older version of automotive diesel engines, particularly for commercial fleet operation.

Hydraulic oil

Hydraulic Oil are blended from highly refined base stocks with high viscosity index and specially selected anti-oxidant, anti-corrosion, anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-foam additives. Hydraulic Oil can sustain very high pressure of the system and high speed of the pumps, and compatible with the seals normally used in the hydraulic system.

Gear Oil

Gear Oil are high performance, multipurpose, thermally stable and heavy duty automotive gear lubricants. They are blended from highly refined base stocks with high performance EP additive system for providing excellent load carrying capacity to protect gear equipment against surface distress (i.e. spalling, pitting, scoring and wear) under heavily loaded conditions. Special inhibitor system has also been incorporated to provide excellent oxidation stability to resist oil degradation and thickening during long periods of severe high temperature operations. High viscosity index and low pour point assure good film strength for gear protection at both high and low temperatures.
